Site Submissions -

All information submitted to MSI via this site shall be deemed and remain the property of MSI. Orders of Products -

All orders received are subject to acceptance by MSI

Minimum Order -

As all our items here are offered at wholesale pricing, we require over 5,000 yen of Minimum-Order in each shipment. However this amount is applied to your 1st order that you added and proceeded to "Check Out". And if the items you ordered includes some "out of stock" items after our checking their stock status, you do not need to replace any items just by the reason to cover the minimum amount if you will not require.

Payment of Products -

YOU may use credit card or bank wire transfer or paypal system to MSI Either way, all items ordered buy YOU have to be prepaid in full before shipping (appropriate shipping charge and payment commission based on the payment method must be all included). As soon as we confirm your payment or get your credit card information, your goods will be processed. If we do not receive payment within 7 days, in some cases we may place the items back in stock and cancel your order after we send an cancel confirmation mail. If you have any questions or problems making prompt payment,please contact us by e-mail and we will work out the issue. All items remain the property of MSI until the contract is paid in full. In the event of late payment or nonpayment, MSI shall be entitled to recover from YOU interest on the unpaid balance at the highest lawful rate, plus the cost of collection, including attorneys' fees.

Prices, Shipment and Risk of Loss -

All prices are in Japanese Yen. Visit toy-wholesaler.jp's Shipping Method page to read about shipping and order processing practices. All items purchased from toy-wholesaler.jp are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the Risk of loss or damage shall pass to YOU upon our delivery to the transporting carrier.

Shipping Estimation -

The shipping cost shown in your shopping cart will be given as "ESTIMATED", simply calculated based on the product's net weight, so it will be adjusted for actual shipping cost when you finalize your order and all items come in our stock. You remember that shipping estimation may add the weight of the shipping box and packing materials. The shipping cost will come depending on the box's weight, size, destination, quantity and shipping method.

Delivery, Loss, Delay of Products -

Delivery dates specified in toy-wholesaler.jp are approximate. MSI shall not be liable for loss, damage, delays or no delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of any government authority or YOU, acts of civil or military authority, fires, floods, strikes or other labor disturbances, war, riot, delays in transportation, breakdown of essential machinery, or material shortages. In the event of delay for any such reason, the date of delivery or performance shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost by reason of the delay. In the event MSI is unable to perform for any of the foregoing reasons, MSI may (at its option) cancel the order without liability.

Returns Policy -

MSI does very best to offer all items at the lowest price possible, and all item purchase prices are final. Therefore unless the return was due to errors of MSI's MSI/ will not accept responsibility for the items. When received, if you ever found incorrect item or shortage to Shipped items, please contact MSI by e-mail immediately within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Please specify the Invoice number and attach (photograph of the item in question if necessary) MSI will replace or refund your money once a determination has been made on the fact that it was caused by our error, at our discretion and product availability, as refund is based on our regulation. No returns are permitted after the receipt of 7 days. Note the cases below. We will not responsible for these occurrences. If the packing of your order is damaged due to through the customs clearance or inspection in your country,  and if your order is confiscated by the customs in your country, and also if you want cancel for your own reasons or convenience. Obviously, if it is on the way to transport. (Broken outer box by rough handling). The case should be reported to the carrier or Post office at time of delivery. (It is the most proper way to solve this than any other methods) Please note: if not reported there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage. And also, the amount to cover is limited, depends on your shipping method. (see our shipping policy for details) You MUST always consult with us (by contacting inquiry@toy-wholesaler.jp) for our instructions before returning any merchandise, regardless of the reason. *We properly provide you fast, safe and reliable packing and releasing with the greatest care.

Cancellation of Orders -

YOU cannot cancel orders placed with toy-wholesaler.jp except with toy-wholesaler.jp's express written consent and on terms acceptable to MSI. In the event of an unauthorized cancellation, YOU shall be liable to MSI for all damages relating to the cancellation, including but not limited to all commitments made or costs incurred in preparing to perform or in performing the services, equipment and material costs, cancellation charges of MSI's suppliers, and lost profits.
Regarding Pre-Order items, popular items from major Japanese Character's Manufacture are originally produced very limited stocks in their first production even if they expect very large popularity before their production. This is the most difficult situation for this market and beyond our control. Therefore MSI will not accept any cancel due to this situation even if your order will not come all.

Deposit Method -

100% Deposit (Product Cost) required for All Pre-Orders, some Large Volume Orders, which need to reserve or request and those products not listed in our website. The Order Processing will be started only after this Deposit was completed.

Availability and Disputes -

This site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to MSI. or to products you purchase through MSI shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Japan, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate MSI's intellectual property rights, MSI may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in Osaka, Japan, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of Japanese appropriate association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Site Policies, Modification, and Serverability -

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. Excuse for Product's Description, Caution and Warning Mentioned On Japanese Language - Our goods are mainly being offered for the use of Japanese market, so please note that most of the product's description, caution and warning will come in Japanese language, therefore, regarding any accident by use outside Japan, our shop will not assume any responsibility.

Business Restriction -

Geographical / Customs Clearance's Shipping Restrictions. Some items will not be able to be  shipped to you due to Geographical Shipping Restrictions or Customs Clearance Situation.

Custom's Declaration Method -

MSI declares the FULL PURCHASE PRICE (not including shipping, any fee for transaction) and MARK ITEMS 'Toys' on the customs declaration and Invoice. MSI will not responsible for any taxes/tariffs/delays incurred by the customs system in your country. MSI is required, by law, to do this and there are no exceptions.
